Systeme.io Pricing 2026: Every Plan Compared (Honest Guide)

Free, $17, $47 or $97 a month: what you actually get, what you will outgrow, and the cheapest plan that fits your goal.
Systeme.io pricing looks simple until you try to compare it. One page says $17, another says $27. One guide lists three funnels on the free plan, another lists one. If you have ever closed a pricing tab more confused than when you opened it, you are not alone.
That confusion has a real cost. Pick a plan that is too small and you hit a wall in the middle of a launch. Pick one that is too big and you pay for features you never open. For a beginner building an email list and a first funnel, every dollar matters.
This guide gives you a clear answer. We compared Systeme.io’s own pricing page with independent sources, listed where they disagree, and explain which plan fits which goal. By the end you will know what each plan costs, what the free plan really includes, and when it makes sense to pay.

Systeme.io Pricing: The Quick Answer
Systeme.io pricing in 2026 has four plans: Free ($0), Startup ($17 per month), Webinar ($47 per month) and Unlimited ($97 per month). Annual billing is about two months free ($170, $470 and $970 a year). There are no platform transaction fees on any plan, though payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal charge their own fees. Most beginners should start on Free and move to Startup when they need more funnels, courses or domains.

Sources: Systeme.io official pricing page and HowItStacks (checked July 2026), cross-checked against SchoolMaker, a competing vendor (updated September 2026). Email sending is unlimited on every plan according to the official page.
Where the sources disagree. SchoolMaker lists fewer funnels (1, 5 and 10) than the official page and HowItStacks (3, 10 and 50). HowItStacks also noticed that an alternate official page showed Startup at $27 on the day it checked, while checkout showed $17. We cannot confirm which is current, so treat the table as a guide and confirm numbers at checkout. We did not buy a paid plan to test these limits.

Systeme.io Pricing Plan by Plan
Systeme.io is an all-in-one platform that combines funnels, email marketing, courses, blogs and automations. If you want the full picture of the product itself, read our Systeme.io review. This section focuses on what each plan costs and who it fits.
Free plan ($0): the testing ground
The free plan never expires and does not need a credit card. You get up to 2,000 contacts, unlimited email sending, one course, one blog, one custom domain, one email campaign and one automation rule. It is enough to build a lead magnet, a landing page and a welcome email.
Best for: beginners who want to learn the platform and start an email list with zero risk.
Startup plan ($17 per month): the sensible first upgrade
Startup raises the ceiling to 5,000 contacts, about 10 funnels, 10 email campaigns, 10 automation rules, five courses, five blogs and three custom domains. This is where most small publishers land once the free plan feels tight.
Best for: affiliate publishers and solo creators running one or two funnels and a real email sequence.
Webinar plan ($47 per month): for selling with live or evergreen webinars
The Webinar plan adds 10 evergreen webinars and lifts limits to 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 100 email campaigns and 20 courses. You pay roughly $30 more than Startup for it. Unless webinars are part of your plan, this tier is rarely the right first step.
Best for: coaches and course sellers whose main sales method is a webinar.
Unlimited plan ($97 per month): no caps
Unlimited removes most limits: contacts, funnels, courses, blogs, domains, automations and evergreen webinars. It also adds priority support. For a new site, it is almost never the starting point.
Best for: established businesses with large lists, many funnels and several products.

What the Systeme.io Free Plan Really Includes
The free plan is the main reason beginners look at Systeme.io pricing in the first place. It is a real plan, not a short trial, and the official page says it has no expiry date.
- Contacts: up to 2,000.
- Email sending: unlimited, with one email campaign.
- Funnels: three per the official page, with a funnel-step cap that sources report as 10 to 15.
- Course: one, with a 500-student limit.
- Blog and domain: one of each.
- Automation: one automation rule.
- Affiliate program: one, so you can pay your own affiliates.
HowItStacks also reports a “revenue limit” of 10,000 on the free account without explaining the period or how it is enforced. If you plan to sell products, ask Systeme.io support what this means before you build around it.
When the free plan stops being enough
You will probably need Startup when you want a second lead magnet, a longer email sequence, more than one automation, or a custom domain for each project. The signal is simple: when a limit blocks something that makes money, upgrade. Until then, the free plan costs you nothing.

Systeme.io Pricing: Monthly vs Annual Billing
Systeme.io offers an annual option described as “2 months free.” The listed annual prices are $170, $470 and $970, which are ten times the monthly price. Here is what you save by paying yearly:
| Plan | 12 months monthly | Annual price | You save |
|---|---|---|---|
| Startup | $204 | $170 | $34 |
| Webinar | $564 | $470 | $94 |
| Unlimited | $1,164 | $970 | $194 |
Our advice is to start monthly. Annual billing only saves money if you stay a full year, and you cannot know that until you have used the platform. Once a funnel is bringing in subscribers or sales, switch to annual.
Systeme.io Pricing: Transaction and Hidden Fees
Systeme.io states that it charges no transaction fees on any plan, including the free one. That is unusual, because many checkout tools take a cut of each sale.
Payment processors still charge their own fees. SchoolMaker reports Stripe at 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction and PayPal at roughly 3.49% plus a fixed fee that varies by country. These rates come from the processors, not from Systeme.io, and they change, so confirm them on Stripe and PayPal. HowItStacks notes that it did not process a live sale, so neither source verified the zero-fee claim in practice.
Other costs to budget for
- Domain name: paid to your registrar, usually yearly.
- Payment processor fees: per sale, as above.
- Optional extras: design tools, images and AI voiceovers for courses, covered later in this guide.
Systeme.io Pricing in Real Scenarios
These examples are illustrations built from the published plan prices, not results we measured. They show how to match a plan to a goal.
| Situation | Plan that fits | Yearly cost |
|---|---|---|
| New affiliate site building a first email list | Free | $0 |
| Publisher with two lead magnets and a 7-email sequence | Startup | $170 to $204 |
| Coach selling a course with an evergreen webinar | Webinar | $470 to $564 |
| Business with several products and a large list | Unlimited | $970 to $1,164 |
Notice that a beginner can run a complete list-building system for $0 and a serious solo setup for under $210 a year. That is the core value of Systeme.io pricing: a bundle you would otherwise buy as separate tools.
Systeme.io Pricing vs ClickFunnels and ThriveCart
Price is only half the comparison, because each tool does a slightly different job. Here is how the published prices stack up.
| Tool | Main job | Published price |
|---|---|---|
| Systeme.io | Funnels, email, courses and blogs together | Free, then $17 to $97 per month |
| ClickFunnels | Funnel builder | $97, $197 and $297 per month |
| ThriveCart | Checkout and cart | $495 one-time (Standard) |
Sources: ClickFunnels prices from Activepieces (October 2026); ThriveCart price from SchoolMaker (September 2026). Confirm on each vendor’s site before buying.
The takeaway: Systeme.io is the lowest-cost way to get funnels and email together. ClickFunnels costs more per month for a funnel-first workflow. ThriveCart asks for a larger one-time payment and focuses on checkout. Which is right depends on whether you value low monthly cost or a specialist tool. Our best tools page will hold the full comparisons as we publish them.
Which Systeme.io Plan Should You Choose?
Use these rules instead of guessing.
- Choose Free if you have no list yet, or you are still learning how funnels and email work.
- Choose Startup if you have one working lead magnet and need more sequences, domains or courses.
- Choose Webinar only if evergreen webinars are central to how you sell.
- Choose Unlimited when you keep hitting caps on contacts, funnels or automations across several products.

How to Sign Up and Set Up Your Plan
Setting up costs nothing on the free plan, so you can follow along while you read.
- Create your account. Open Systeme.io and sign up with your email. No credit card is required for the free plan.
- Check your plan limits. Find the plan and usage screen in your dashboard and note your real funnel, contact and automation caps. This settles any disagreement between the sources above.
- Pick one goal. For example, collect email addresses with a free checklist, such as our free launch checklist.
- Build one funnel. Create an opt-in page and a thank-you page. Keep it short.
- Write a welcome email. Deliver the lead magnet and set expectations for the next emails.
- Connect your domain. Add the DNS records Systeme.io shows you at your registrar. Reviewers report this as the hardest step, so give it time.
- Test on your phone. Sign up with your own email address and check every step.
- Upgrade only when needed. Return to the plan guide above when a limit blocks you.

Common Systeme.io Pricing Mistakes
- Paying for Webinar too early. The $30 jump from Startup only makes sense if you will run evergreen webinars.
- Choosing annual before testing. You save money only if you stay twelve months.
- Trusting one source for limits. As shown above, even published guides disagree. Check your dashboard.
- Forgetting processor fees. Zero platform fees does not mean zero payment fees.
- Building everything at once. One funnel that works beats five that do not.
Systeme.io Pricing and the Affiliate Program
Systeme.io pricing matters twice if you publish content. It sets your own cost, and it shapes what you can earn by recommending the tool. The program pays 60% commission for the lifetime of each referred customer with a 1-year cookie, per the terms we checked in November 2026. Confirm current terms in the Systeme.io help center before you join.
An illustration, not a promise: a referred customer on the $17 Startup plan would pay you $10.20 a month at 60%. Fifty such customers would be about $510 a month. Results depend on your traffic, your content and how long customers stay subscribed. For the bigger picture, read What Is Affiliate Marketing? and see more programs on our top programs page.

Upgrade to Startup at $17 a month when a limit stops you from doing something that earns money. Skip Webinar and Unlimited until your business clearly needs them.
The limits of this guide are worth stating. We compiled it from the official page and independent sources, and we did not buy a paid plan. Plans change, so confirm the figures before you pay.
